Remember 9/11

The City of Victoria will be remembering 9/11!  The Fire Department and Police Department, and the Victoria County Sheriff’s Office invites the public to attend a ceremony to remember the victims of Sept. 11. The ceremony will be held at 7:30 am on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015 at DeLeon Plaza in downtown Victoria!  This is a dark day in American and World History and we must never forget.  VISD students will sing the National Anthem and special presenters will include Mayor Paul Polasek, County Commissioner Danny Garcia, Sheriff T. Michael O’Connor, Fire Chief Taner Drake and Police Chief JJ Craig.
