If you consider yourself a Swiftie, an English class at the University of Texas will now feature a semester of Taylor Swift's lyrical genius and we're betting this class fills up fast!
The Austin Statemen offers, "The new course is called Literary Contests and Contexts — The Taylor Swift Songbook and will provide students with an “introduction to literary studies and research methods” using her songwriting, according to a Facebook post by UT’s English department.
As a family in the Crossroads that bleeds burnt orange and white, and who also just happens to love Taylor Swift, this class is the perfect way to perk up the ears and English interest of even the math major of the household!
