Garth Brooks revealed the title of his next single on Monday night (June 18), during his Inside Studio G Facebook Live chat. "All Day Long" officially dropped Tuesday morning (June 19).

Co-written by Brooks, Mitch Rossell and Bryan Kennedy, "All Day Long" is available to stream on Amazon Music. It's the first single from Brooks' next album, expected to be released in 2019; that project is available for pre-order via Amazon Music as well.

"From the very first lick, this song is a party," Brooks says. "Country radio, uptempo honky-tonk and summer go soooo good together!"

"All Day Long" Is the Garth Song Fans Have Been Wanting

It was during an early-June episode of Inside Studio G that Brooks first announced his new single plans. During a Q&A at the 2018 CMA Music Festival, the superstar explained that the new song began coming to life after the 2018 Country Radio Seminar, during a set in a Broadway honky-tonk.

"We were playing all the stuff that we used to play in the honky-tonks, and hearing it bounce off those brick walls and hearing those people sing along, I said, 'You know what? What we need is a good damn honky-tonk song.' So that's what we went to do," Brooks shared, before dropping the song's title without telling anyone: "This is one of those songs I can play all day long," he added. "I love this song."

Brooks has described the song's vibe as a mix of "Two of a Kind (Workin' on a Full House)" "meets "Ain't Goin' Down (Til the Sun Comes Up)' meets "Callin' Baton Rouge."" At CMA Fest 2018, he added, "I'm just gonna say that a seatbelt and a helmet might be nice on this one."

In addition to the release of "All Day Long," Brooks has also been teasing a new tour that he's describing as "the biggest thing I've ever done on the road." He'll share those details on July 9.

Additionally, Brooks has suggested that new live recorded music might be in the works. During his 2018 CMA Music Festival Q&A, the country star explained that the recordings would be taken from a variety of different performances.
