How's your weekend going? Enjoying your summertime? Needing to cool off? Well, take some time in the shade or air conditioned kitchen and make yourself and others some mixed liquid fun.

Lemon Lime Radler (original source)
2 oz Water
1½ tbsp Sugar (granulated)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (fresh)
1 tbsp Lime Juice (fresh)
1 (12oz) can Sparkling Water (ex. LaCroix Sparkling Water)
1 (16oz) can German-Style Pilsner (ex. Bitburger or Victory Prima Pils)
How To:
Use the water and sugar in a saucepan to create simple syrup. Then whisk together the juices, sparkling water, beer and simple syrup. Taste as you go in case more lemon or lime (or both) needs to be added. Pour mixture into several glasses, or one glass several times after each consumption.

1 oz Bourbon Whiskey
¾ oz Lime Juice
½ Sweet Vermouth
½ Grand Marnier (or Orange Curacao)
Garnish – Lime Wedge or Mint Leaf
How To:
Combine the ingredients into a shaker with ice and then shake well. Then strain into a chilled glass and garnish with either a lime wedge or mint sprig…or both.

1½ oz Tres Agaves Blanco
3 dashes (3/8 tsp) Celery Bitters
Tonic Water
Garnish – Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
How To:
Combine ingredients into a tall glass with ice and stir. Then garnish the beverage with the rosemary.
