Everybody loves Austin, Texas. The personal finance website WalletHub looked at a number of factors including affordability, economic well being, quality of life, health and education to reach their rankings. A few highlights include the highest median income compared to the other state capitals, most attractions, and the highest percentage of millennial newcomers.
