An Amber Alert Issued for TX 10 yr old Rosemary Singer
UPDATE: ROSEMARY SINGER HAS BEEN FOUND SAFE. ACCORDING TO CARROLLTON POLICE DEPARTMENT, HER FATHER RONALD SINGER HAS BEEN ARRESTED IN CONNECTION WITH THE MURDER OF ROSEMARY'S MOTHER.
An Amber Alert has been issued to help locate ten-year-old Rosemary Lee Singer, who is missing from Carrollton Texas, outside of Dallas, and believed to be in immediate danger.
Rosemary's mother, 45-year-old Maria Romero Ramos, was found dead at 1 am this morning by a roommate at their residence in Carrollton.
Rosemary is 5ft tall and weighs approximately 95 pounds. Authorities noted that Rosemary does not always wear her glasses. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
Authorities believe Rosemary may possibly be with her father, Ronald Lee Singer.
Ronald Singer is the ex-husband of Maria Ramos and it's believed that Ronald Singer is driving Ramos' car, a 2020 black Mitsubishi Outlander SUV with Texas license plate NLZ-4205.
Singer is believed to have ties to Hillsboro, Texas, but there is no definitive information of where he might be at this time.
Carrollton police ask that if you have any information or if you see the vehicle please call 911 or 972-466-3333 if you're not in the Carrollton area.
According to the FCC, AMBER alerts are used by law enforcement to notify the public about missing children thought to have been abducted. AMBER Alerts are only used for the most serious child-abduction cases when authorities believe a child is in imminent danger of serious bodily injury or death.
