Just in time for the holidays, get a hand-cut silhouette by the world’s best
paper profile artist, Cindi Harwood Rose.

Cindi, a fourth generation fine artist, has done her skill over 35 years. She
does the lost art of viewing a person, and cutting a miniature profile from black
French vintage silhouette paper, without having to use a light, camera, sketch, or
Photoshop. Her work is heralded as the most detailed, accurate, and she holds the
world’s speed record. Cindi will be at the Children’s Discovery Museum on Saturday,
November 10th from 11am to 6pm.

Appointments are now being taken and must be secured with a $10 deposit
to the museum. Balance will be due day of setting. Silhouettes are $35 each
person, and mounted on Crane’s 5 x 7 cardstock. Extra copies will available for
$10 per person. Oval frames and mats will be available to purchase from $5 to $40.

This event at the Children’s Discovery Museum, will benefit education and activities
of formative years of children in the areas around Victoria, Texas. Children and
adults do not have to sit still. Pets can also be done from profile photos e-mailed
ahead to the museum.
