The Children’s Discovery Museum Offers Gala Curbside
We could not have said it better ourselves, " It's been a wild year!"
And we've only just gotten halfway through it!
It's with a wild year in mind that the Children's Discovery Museum will offer their gala curbside and their auction, online.
The Children's Discovery Museum invites you to help raise funds for the future of the museum by offering you delicious entrees and desserts to-go curbside on September 16th from 6 to 7:30 pm at the Children's Discovery Museum located at 1205 Sam Houston Drive.
"Party Animals, It's Been A Wild Year"
That's how their invitation to their online and curbside fundraising invitation begins. Here is your invitation as well!
CDM will be serving curbside with meal tickets offered at $50.00 per person. They are also offering online bidding beginning Monday, September 13th through Thursday, September 16th until 10 pm. You can click the link in blue or log on to bid @ one.bidpal.net/cdmgala2021.
A raffle will also be included with the grand prize $1,500.00 VISA gift card. Those tickets are $25 apiece and only 150 tickets are being sold. Love those odds of winning!
With four children of my own and three granddaughters, I have loved loved loved watching the growth and expansion of the Children's Discovery Museum over the years. In fact, with my degree in Early Childhood and my desire to serve the community I was very blessed to be a part of the team that helped design and develop the first CDM renovation well over a decade ago.
Want a sneak peek inside of the CDM? Just check out their great Youtube video below!
Every year the CDM just gets bigger and better! In part because of attendance and of course, fundraising.
As the CDM says, " Every donation big or small, is the donation the Children's Discovery Museum needs to continue to impact the children of the Victoria and the surrounding Crossroads."
Be sure to be listening tomorrow morning as we give TWO tickets for great CDM gala food 'curbside' brought to you by Cotton Belles Boutique & Co.
