Victoria West Student Wins UT Award

Here at KIXS 108, we are always proud to see the youth of Victoria and surrounding communities doing great things!

Taylor Jae Anderson, a senior at Victoria West High School, received the top Tier 1 President's Achievement Scholarship for $20,000 for the University of Texas. This scholarship was formed to recognize high school scholars performing at a very high academic level. Taylor is the daughter of Jim and Lynn Anderson, owners of Superbody Works in Victoria, and the granddaughter of John Davidson, of San Antonio.
