Disgusting TX Youth Pastor Investigation Reveals 14 Girls Abused
Did Denton Bible Church churches ignore red flags or was this a complete cover up?
" We didn't know what to do," church staff offer.
Serving time in federal prison for only two counts of sexually abuse, the investigation results of Denton Bible Church youth pastor's disgusting abuse reveals that former youth pastor, Robert Shiflet abused fourteen girls, that they are aware of, in not one, but two separate churches.
Denton Bible Church pastor, Tommy Nelson told his congregation that he too was 'fooled by Shiflet' but some of his youth workers COMPLETELY disagree.
Youth workers reported seeing Shiflet spending time alone with girls in his car, home and a hotel room. The investigation reveals that two youth workers raised concerns directly to Nelson.
Nelson did not investigate nor discipline Shiflet.
Nelson is said to have responded with, "He should not spend time alone with girls," according to FOX4 investigations.
One brave young girl agreed to be on film to talk about the horrific tactics Shiflet used to lure his young female victims into sexual abuse.
Of course, it started by befriending them as a trusted man of faith.
The young girl agreed to be recorded to help shine a light on what happened because she says "the church kept it in the dark for too long."

"You know what frustrates me the most about this story? Is the number of times we’ve been told, ‘We did not know what to do,’" the young girl offers "I don't have words for that. I don't think you need a seminary degree to know what to do.
