This Weeks Customer Service Hero is Jason

This weeks Post Acute Medical customer service hero is Jason Konard.  He has been nominated for excellence in customer service at VCS.

"Have you ever met that guy who knows what they do inside and out? Who every single customer asks for him by name! Even if he doesn’t know how to do it he can figure it out and do it better than the manufacturer sometimes! We have those tech and Jason leads with kindness and patience on most of our radio and scada projects. I am grateful for his knowledge and privileged to work with him!"
