Free Back to School Backpack Giveaway at Toyota of Victoria
It's another awesome Community event thanks to our friends at Toyota of Victoria! They will be hosting a Free Back to School Backpack Giveaway on Sunday, August 4th! The event will take place from 2-4 PM at Toyota of Victoria on Navarro. If you will be attending, we ask that you enter the Toyota of Victoria parking lot in the rear on Salem Rd. You will stay in your car and the backpacks will be given to you at your window. The event will be first come, first served.
We are also coming together to help our teachers! On August 5th from 11 am to 1 pm at the radio station, Townsquare Media along with Jag Metal invite you to our very FIRST Supply Drive just for the unsung heroes in our children's lives- TEACHERS!
Teachers will lineup in their cars at 107 North Star Drive! Our Townsquare Media employees and volunteers will be handing out 500 backpacks filled to the zipper with supplies needed for their classrooms. Hidden inside five of those backpacks will be grand prizes.
The 5 grand prizes or "extra credit" will be:
- Whataburger for a year
- Massages from the Woodhouse Day Spa
- Custom made queen mattress from Ashley Homestore
- $500 Shopping Spree from Palm Tree
- A Fresh Flower bouquet from McAdams delivered every month to your Classroom
- Coffee for a year from PJ's Coffee
