Some of the strongest wind gusts of the last 24 hours occurred in Victoria overnight as gusts as high as 52 MPH were reported around 3:30 AM Tuesday.

Tropical Storm Beta is expected to pull up along the Texas coast east of Port Lavaca late this evening.
