Shots Fired as 3 Violent Suspects Get Wrecked on by Texas Officers

An incredibly violent pursuit broke out in San Antonio that ended with a smashed-up stolen vehicle and damaged DPS vehicles. 

CAR BURLGERS CAUGHT IN THE ACT

DPS Special Agents were near a San Antonio mall when three suspects were spotted trying to break into vehicles. The officers attempted a traffic stop, however, the situation quickly escalated as the suspects made their way onto a nearby highway.

Video shows the suspects inside a grey Dodge Charger surrounded by law enforcement vehicles on the shoulder of a busy San Antonio highway. Officers quickly approached the suspects inside with their guns out and focused on the hostile vehicle.

GUNSHOTS IN THE MIDDLE OF A BUSY HIGHWAY

Tensions were running high as officers got closer to the car. Gunshots are heard in the video and police began targeting the Charger with the suspects still inside. Suddenly, you can see the driver reverse as officers run to get out of the way.

Nearly hitting one of the officers, the suspects began to recklessly try and get away in the stolen car. Two officers are seen running into their vehicles. As the Charger swerves out of control to get away, police ram his SUV straight into the suspect's vehicle.  

Refusing to give up, the suspects continue to try and get away even after all the heavy damage done. The video ends as the cops continue to chase the suspects in the middle of the San Antonio highway. 

One of the suspects was transported to a local hospital for minor injuries and the other two are in custody. Burglary of vehicles, evading police, and aggravated assault for ramming into a DPS unit are possible charges the suspects could be facing.
