It seems like more people are winning Texas Lottery jackpots and two more Texans are millionaires this morning.  The Texas Lottery says two tickets worth $1 million were sold in Texas, in Corpus Christi, and in Waco. This brings the total amount of big jackpot winners THIS WEEK in Texas.

One of the Powerball winning tickets was sold right up the road in Corpus Christi on North Beach. The winning ticket was sold at the Circle K on 4502 E. Causeway Blvd. on North Beach. If you have visited Corpus recently, check your numbers!  The other winning ticket was sold in Waco. The winning numbers were 04 19 23 25 49 and 14.

Tomorrow another big jackpot is up for grabs.  The estimated prize for tomorrow night's Mega Millions jackpot is $750 MILLION with an estimated cash value of $550 MILLION. The odds of winning Mega Millions are one in 302.5 million. There’s a slightly better chance of winning in Powerball, where the odds are one in 292.2 million. Either way, you don't win if you don't play!

Mega Millions is played in Texas, 43 other states plus Washington, D.C., and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Drawings happen on held Tuesdays and Fridays. The sales cutoff time in Texas is 9:45 p.m. Ticket price: $2

Powerball drawings are on Wednesday and Saturday and the sales time cut off in Texas is 9:00 p.m. — about an hour and 15 minutes before the actual drawing. Ticket price: $2
