LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian Purchase $3 Million Mansion

It's a buyer's market in the real estate world right now, which isn't always the case, so LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian are taking full advantage of that fact. The oft-in-the-news couple plunked down a cool $3 million on a Spanish-style mansion located in the Hidden Hills area of Los Angeles, which is teeming with celebrities who will now be their neighbors.

Rimes and Cibrian scored a major deal -you may as well just call it a steal- on the property, since it was sold in 2006 to the tune of $6 million.

The swanky spread has wood décor in all rooms, in addition to six bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It also boasts over 8,000 sq. ft. of space, in addition to a massive pool that begs for swimmers. There is also a swingset nestled in the backyard. That leaves plenty of room for Cibrian's two sons to enjoy themselves and to play when they come to visit and sleep over.
