Keith Urban and his wife, actress Nicole Kidman, displayed amazing grace during a visit to a children's hospital on Friday (June 13).

The couple were in Melbourne, Australia for the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball, a fundraising event hosted by the Celebrate Life Foundation. They stopped by Monash Children's Hospital in Clayton, where they spent time speaking with some of the young patients and taking photos.

At one point Urban grabbed a guitar and began to sing 'Amazing Grace,' and his superstar wife and the surrounding crowd joined in.

The visit was one of many such appearances Kidman makes.

"It's one of the most important things I do," she tells Melbourne newspaper the Herald Sun (quote via Hello magazine). "I have been doing it since I became well known in the movie industry."

That's why supporting the ball is so important to the Oscar-winning actress.

"It’s deeply sad," she says. "But events like the Swisse Celebrate Life Ball ensure that we are able to give to families in need. Even if it is just listening and hugging and showing support, then it's worth it."
