- Open windows at night: If the temperature drops during the night, open windows to allow cool air into your home.
- Close windows and curtains during the day: During the day, close windows and draw curtains or blinds to block out direct sunlight and keep the heat outside.
- Stay hydrated: Drink plenty of water and other hydrating fluids to keep your body temperature down and prevent dehydration. Avoid alcohol and caffeinated beverages, as they can contribute to dehydration.
