Join Hartman Distributing, Victoria Parks, and Recreation Dept., Q92 The Beat, KIXS 108, KLUB 106.9, and Jack FM for a Fat Tuesday celebration in Downtown Victoria.  Enjoy the entertainment of Victoria's own The Hot Attacks!
