Luke Bryan jumped into the crowd to rub against his fans, Taylor Swift joined Tim McGraw and Keith Urban and Zac Brown Band stood next to Kenny Rogers and Kid Rock. There were no shortage of surprises during Thursday's (June 6) 2013 CMA Music Festival concert at LP Field in Nashville.
