Earlier this year, we learned the Chick-fil-A was in the process of filming a 'red couch' commercial. Those are commercials are what CFA has become known for. At the time of filming, it was not known if the commercial would even making to the final phase for airing. Well, thanks to David Murphy,  we found out yesterday. The Chick-fil-A Victoria commercial will premier on ESPN during the Rose Bowl on Monday, January 1st when Michigan plays Alabama. The commercial will show the rest of the country what we already know about Chick-fil-A in Victoria! Their service goes well beyond the walls of their restaurants in the Crossroads and that will be on full showcase during this commercial.

Chick-fil-A -Crossroads is the third chapter of Chick-fil-A for the Murphy family. However, it all started with the Dentons back in 1980 with the opening of their Victoria Mall location. With the success of the Victoria Mall location, the Whispering Creek location opened in 2000! Shortly after in 2001, the iconic phrase 'my pleasure' became a signature of Chick-fil-A. Since 2000, Chick-fil-A has become an iconic name in Victoria, not only as a business model but bringing the community together through philanthropy. They are all about our wonderful community.

Man Wins $1 Million Scratch-Off Jackpot After Being Cut in Line

While this story did not happen in Texas, I think this is an excellent example of instant karma. As reported by KSAT-12 in San Antonio, Stephen Munoz Espinoza, 43, of Delray Beach, Florida, claimed a $1 million prize from a scratch-off ticket he bought after a man jumped in line. Here is how the story goes: Stephen was in line at one of those lottery vending machines, and some guy cut in front of him for whatever reason.  Stephen did not tell the guy anything and proceeded to the convenience store line and bought the same ticket from the cashier, which was a $50 ticket, 500X The Cash with a top prize of $25 million. Stephen might be thankful to this guy for cutting in front of him.

He won ONE MILLION DOLLARS! The Florida Lottery Commission announced on Wednesday. The release states that Espinoza chose a one-time, lump-sum payment of $820,000. He and his wife plan on buying a house, according to the release.  I guess this guy was in the right place at the right time.
