Well, why not try some At Home Bartending? That way you can work on making yourself a drink and then sit down to enjoy it. Here are a few recipes that may take some work, but are totally worth it in the end.

Brewsky Sangria (original source)
Ingredients:
2 Pears (peeled and chopped)
1 cup & 2 tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
4x 12oz Bottle Lager (chilled)
1 cup Triple Sec
Ice
Garnish – Pears (sliced)
How To:
Warning- Food Processor Needed. First put the chopped pears into a food processor with the 2 tbs of fresh lemon juice and then process to a puree. Then, pour the beer into a pitcher and stir in the cup of lemon juice, the Triple Sec and the Pear Puree. Pour the mixture into a glass with ice and then garnish with the pear slice.

2 oz Tea-Infused Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Honey
How To:
Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Then strain into a glass (with ice) and enjoy.

2 oz Yukon Jack (whiskey-based honey liqueur, Canadian)
½ oz Lime Juice
How To:
Combine the ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well. Then you strain the mixture into a shot glass and then “Down the Hatch.”

Ingredients:
½ oz Lime Juice
½ oz Simple Syrup
1 ½ Organic Avenue Apple Juice
½ oz Lairds Apple Brandy
1 ½ oz Tanqueray (tan-ker-aye) Gin
1 oz Club Soda
Garnish – Lime Slice
How To:
Combine ingredients (minus the soda) into a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a tall glass with ice. Finally, top off the glass with the club soda and garnish with a lime slice.

Summer Hoedown (original source)
Ingredients:
1x 6lb Seedless Watermelon (diced and ready to blend)
2 tbs Granulated Sugar
¼ cup Maraschino Liqueur (Luxardo Recommended)
4x 12oz Bottle White Beer (ex. Hoegaarden, chilled)
How To:
Blend up the watermelon and strain so you have no pulp in your watermelon juice. Add the sugar and stir until the sugar is dissolved and chill the mixture for about an hour and a half. Then pour the mixture into a large serving container and add the maraschino liqueur and beer. Stir the concoction gently to mix the ingredients together and then pour into a glass, or several glasses if you feel like sharing.
