Happy Easter! How have you celebrated today? Did you hunt some eggs? Meet up with friends or family, or both? Still celebrating? Well, how about some Easter Themed Drinks?

The Sweet Easter Bunny Cocktail (original source)
Ingredients:
1 ½ oz Crème de Cacao
½ oz Vodka
1 tsp Chocolate Syrup
1 tsp Cherry Brandy
How To:
Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well, then strain into a glass.

Cadbury Cream Egg Shots (original source)
Ingredients:
Cadbury Cream Eggs (enough for the group)
½ cup White Rum
½ cup Dark Rum
½ Cup Kahlua
Tin Foil (base for the egg shots so they stand up straight)
How To:
Carefully unwrap the candy eggs from the top and use a knife to slice off the top of the egg. Use a butter knife or smaller utensil to remove the creamy center and put into a bowl. In the same bowl add the other ingredients (except for the tinfoil because…duh) and stir. Use the tin foil to make a firm base for the candy egg shell shot glasses so they don’t tip or topple over. Pour in the mixture into the Cadbury eggs and then enjoy. Be Warned: Cadbury Eggs are fragile and you may end up breaking a few in the process, be sure to have several on stand by just in case.

Raspberry Sorbet Mimosa (original source)
Ingredients:
1 Bottle Champagne (your choice)
1 cup Raspberry Sorbet (ice cream/sherbert)
Garnish – Raspberries
How To:
Add 1 scoop of raspberry sorbet to a glass and then add the champagne. Finally, add the raspberries and serve quickly (you don’t want it to get warm).

Peeps Cocktail (original source)
Ingredients:
Lemon Wedge
Colored Sugar
1 ½ oz Cherry Vodka
½ oz Triple Sec
3 oz Half and Half
Dash (1/8 tsp) Grenadine
Garnish - 1 Marshmallow Peep
How To:
Rim a glass with the lemon wedge and dip it into the colored sugar. In a shake with ice add the ingredients (minus the garnish) and shake well. Then strain into the glass and add the marshmallow peep for garnish on the rim of the glass.

Cherry Mimosa (original source)
Ingredients:
3 oz Tart Cherry Juice
3 oz Champagne (or Sparkling Wine)
Garnish – Cherries
How To:
Add the cherry juice in a glass and then pour in the champagne (or sparkling wine). Finally, finish off the concoction with the garnishing of cherries.
