Ingredients:
8-10 Blueberries
2 oz Long Island Vodka
1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz Simple Syrup
1-2 oz Oregon Pinot Noir
How To:
Muddle blueberries into the bottom of chosen drinking glass and then add ice. Next, add the vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake well. Strain the concoction into the glass with ice and blueberries and then slowly pour in the Pino Noir over a spoon for a pretty visual of the red, white and blue coloring.

Ingredients:
2 oz Irish Whiskey
6 oz Ginger Beer
1 oz Lime Juice
Garnish – Lime Slice(s), Mint Sprig
How To:
Fill a glass (or a copper mug for authenticity) with ice. Pour in the whiskey and lime juice, then top off with the ginger beer. Stir ingredients together and finally garnish with the lime slice(s) and mint sprig.

Ingredients:
2 oz Rum
½ oz Lime Juice
Coca-Cola
Garnish – Lime Wedge
How To:
Add the rum and lime juice into a glass with ice, then top with the Coca-Cola and stir gently. Finally, garnish with the lime wedge.
