Happy Labor Day! This is a weekend where we reflect on the hard working Americans whose tireless efforts and dedication created a three day weekend for all of us. Now lets figure out the best way to celebrate...how about we labor to create a great drink to welcome in the new fall season? Sounds good to me. Let's get started!

Green Apple Spritzer (original source)
Ingredients:
Apples
Lemon Wedges (enough to keep apples from turning brown)
½ c Caramel
¼ c Cinnamon-Sugar
1 (750ml Bottle) Moscato (chilled)
1 c Green Apple Vodka (chilled)
1 c Sprite (chilled)
How To:
Hollow out the apples and shape in to a drinking glass and squeeze enough lemon juice into the apple to keep it from turning brown. Dip the apple cup into the caramel and coat with the cinnamon-sugar. In a large pitcher with ice, add the Moscato, green apple vodka, sprite and stir. Then quickly add the drink mix into the apple cups and enjoy before its too late…

Pumpkin Beer Cocktail (original source)
Ingredients:
1 oz Whipped Cream/Vanilla Vodka
½ oz Cinnamon Schnapps
1 bottle Pumpkin Beer (chilled) (i.e. Sam Adams Harvest Pumpkin Ale)
How To:
In a tall glass add the vodka, schnapps and pumpkin beer and then stir. Boom! Simple. Fun. Sweet.

Chocolate Stout Affogato (original source)
Ingredients:
1 scoop Coffee Ice Cream
2 oz Hot Espresso (fresh brew)
1½ oz Chocolate Liqueur (i.e. Godiva Mocha)
½ c Stout Beer (preferably chocolate stout)
How To:
In a glass add the scoop of ice cream and then pour on the espresso, liqueur and stout. Then enjoy immediately before it melts into oblivion.

Raspberry Beer Cocktail (original source)
Ingredients:
1 c Raspberries (Fresh/Frozen)
4 (12 oz ) Bottles Corona (chilled)
1 container Frozen Raspberry Lemonade Concentrate, Thawed or Pink Lemonade
½ c Vodka
Garnish – Lime Slices, Fresh Raspberries (optional garnish)
How To:
In a large container, add all the ingredients and stir it all together. Then pour the mixture into a glass with ice and garnish with lime slices or fresh raspberries (but its optional really)
