Breaking News: Arlington Texas High School Shooting
A manhunt has begun for an 18-year-old person of interest, Timothy George Simpkins who police suspect opened fire at Timberview High School in Arlington, Texas.
Four people are injured after a shooting at Timberview High School after what police believe may have started as a fight at the school.
We are still waiting for more details, but according to CBS News, " Police received a call this morning of a reported shooting on the second floor of the Texas high school.
Three of the four injured have been taken to the hospital. The other injured party declined to go for an evaluation.
At this time, the condition of those taken to the hospital has not been released, however, according to CBS, two of the injured were students and one of the victims may have been a teacher. Two of the victims are confirmed to have shotgun wounds.
Simpkins is thought to be driving a 2018 silver Dodge Charger, license plate PFY-6260, and is considered " armed and dangerous."
Students at Timberview High School have been evacuated and taken to a nearby facility to be reunited with their respective family members.
