Texas Lt. Governor Proposes Regulations On Delta 8 And 9 Hemp Products

Lt. Governor Dan Patrick outlined his wish list for the 2025 Texas Legislative session, and he wants legislators to ban or regulate Delta 8 and 9 hemp products as intoxicating substances.
