‘Safety Scouts’ Performing Today

This is a fantastic idea and these dedicated public servants deserve a great big 'thank you'!

The Victoria Fire Department "Safety Scouts" will perform and demonstrate different fire and life safety concepts at 9 a.m., 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. Wednesday at the Victoria ISD Performing Arts Center, 1002 Sam Houston Drive. The public is invited to attend.

The Safety Scouts are members of the Victoria Fire Department and the Victoria Police Department. Through skits and music, the Safety Scouts educate and entertain students and adults alike, reports the Victoria Advocate.
