Passionate, Giddy, Or Drunk?

I was surprised to see this video come up a little bit ago, but then again, it's not that surprising considering the presidential election is next year.  I love how all the dirt on people comes out at this time.  Now people are calling Rick Perry a drunk.

Obviously this video is edited and it points out some highlights from Perry.  He was in New Hampshire on his campaign and in a way he really does appear just a little tipsy.  It has not yet come out that he indeed was sipping on grandpa's syrup, but either this man is extremely passionate about his campaign, or he was drunk.  You decide.
