Riverlevel/Projected Crest - At 8:45 am, the river was at 29.29 feet and slowly rising. The crest of the flood should hit Victoria about midnight Friday night, at 29.8 feet.

  • Addition expected rainfall in Victoria. According to the National Weather Service, the rainfall expected in Victoria over the next few days will not increase the river level.
  • The river is not safe for recreation. Stay away from the Guadalupe River until the river level until further notice. The Guadalupe River at Victoria is currently flowing at more than 30,000 cfs. This is not a safe level for any recreational river activities. Do not put yourself or first responders in danger.
  • The Flood Hotline (580-5796) will be staffed from until 5 pm today.
  • The low water crossing at Bischoff Road reopened this morning.
