Speaking of 2012 tours (which we were speaking of earlier), Lady Antebellum is already out on theirs and I think even they are surprised at the turnout.

Lady Antebellum had a record-setting opening weekend for their 2012 Own the Night Tour. More than 32,000 fans packed arenas for the trio’s first three shows of 2012. At the U.S. Cellular Coliseum in Bloomington, Illinois the band set an all-time attendance record, previously held by Kenny Chesney. While on the road, Lady A’s Charles Kelley says they’re already talking about how to follow up their Own the Night album. When speaking to CMT Daily Roundup, Kelley said,“It will be interesting, I think we’re gonna try to evolve now, after a third record.  We really want to free ourselves up a little bit more and see where we can kind of go with the music and not get in too much of a stride, so to speak, where you just keep regurgitating the same type of music, so we want to try and push ourselves.” Lady Antebellum’s current single is “Dancin’ Away with My Heart.”

Lady Antebellum has five nominations for the upcoming 47th Annual ACM Awards.
