At 6:30 p.m. Sept. 1, officers responded to a report of an aggravated robbery at a store in the 9000 block of North Navarro Street. Two women placed an assortment of merchandise valued at $455 into a shopping cart and attempted to leave through the garden center without paying. When an employee attempted to stop the women, two men in a black Chevrolet Avalanche drove up, got out of the truck and began to argue with the employee. One man, described as wearing a dark shirt and blue shorts, had a large knife and threatened the employee.

One woman wore a gray hoodie, gray shorts and had tattoos on her face. The other was wearing an orange shirt and yoga pants at the time of the offense.
