What To Do With Six Flags New Orleans?

Six Flags in New Orleans used to be a fun family friendly place to go and have a great time.  In 2005 that was taken away by Hurricane Katrina and since has not been restored.  Now it's creepy, abandoned, rusty, and just falling apart.

What would you do with all of the old roller coasters, candy stands, games, and so on?  I have a good idea.  How about making it into a Haunted House of some type?  It's already creepy in a way and with work it could become one of the scariest places on Earth!  Or how about Zombie Land 2?  I have heard there was a sequel in the mix and this would be a great place to film!
