THROWBACK THURSDAY: When Victoria Mall Had a Carousel
As always, it's time to take it back with my Throwback Thursday series. Today, it's a look back at the Victoria Mall when its centerpiece was the carousel.
It was the focal point around the food court, which had great eateries such as Corn Dog 7 and S&J's Burgers, not to mention those makeshift apartments overlooking the food court.
While the picture below is not of the actual carousel at the Victoria Mall, it is very similar. If you have a picture of the carousel at Victoria Mall, please send it to us in the app.

Just imagine sitting there, eating a Corn Dog 7 while enjoying their iconic lemonade!
This was also during the glory days of the Victoria Mall. This is when you could go to get the latest cassette/CD before heading to Tilt or Aladdin's Castle, before buying the latest $5 T-shirt at Old Navy.
So many stores and restaurants have called Victoria Mall home
If you think about it, so many stores have made their way through Victoria Mall. Here are some that come to mind.
- Old Navy

- Disc Jokey
- Athletic Attic
- Miller's Outpost

I know there are so many more, so whatever was left on the list, let us know by sending us a message on the app.
