This Weeks Customer Service Hero is Keshia

This week's Post Acute Medical customer service hero is Keshia Leonard.  She was nominated for excellence in customer service at The Victoria Eye Center!

'This young lady Absolutely knows Customer Service. She knows our patients by name (we have 7 Dr's & 5 locations), always greets them with kindness, speaks to them like she's been friends for years. It's so hard to find true compassion nowadays and she definitely deserves the acknowledgment.
