Victoria Police Department Join Forces With Special Olympics for

Our Victoria Police Department is always doing amazing things in our community! The Victoria Police Department has partnered with Special Olympics Texas for its annual Tip-a-Cop fundraiser!

The event will happen on Thursday, July 23, at Texas Roadhouse in Victoria, from 5 - 9 p.m. During this time, the Victoria Police Department will work alongside restaurant staff. They will be serving guests and collecting tips. All donations during this time will benefit Special Olympics Texas and will help with year round sports training, athletic competition, and opportunities for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

The Victoria Police Department invites the community to come out! Here is your chance to meet local officers and help make a difference in the lives of Special Olympics athletes.

Just last month, the Victoria Police Department hosted Casting with Cops for the 5th consecutive year. This event is aimed at having our youth connect with our law enforcement while fishing.

This is something that happens every year across the state of Texas.
