Tejas Fest 2025 To Include Chihuahua Racing and Petting Zoo

Tejas Fest is back for a second year and has already made a splash with its incredible free musical lineup. Not only are we getting top-notch musical performances, but there are a ton of fun events for the entire family, like chihuahua racing and more. Tejas Fest will also see the return of the tamale-eating contest and the margarita judging contest..

The first Tejas Fest was last year, and many of the festival's favorite events will return during this year's festival on Oct. 3-4.

Here is a full list of activities for Tejas Fest 2025.

Victoria residents can expect familiar and new events at Tejas Fest.

At Tejas Fest, Discover Victoria, Texas Director Joel Novosad said residents can expect familiar and new events at this year's festival.

“Our event lineup brings back many of the activities our residents and visitors enjoyed during our first Tejas Fest, with a few changes to help build the identity of this new downtown tradition,”

Alongside the main stage lineup, there will also be a second stage, and will feature performances on the Mother Cluckers stage near the plaza.

The first Tejas Fest was a massive success in 2024.

Tejas Fest is the latest festival that follows in the footsteps of Armadillo Fest and Bootfest. The inaugural event in 2024 saw over 15,000 attendees during the two-day festival. With this year's lineup, the attendance numbers are expected to increase. Get out and support live music in the Crossroads!
