United Way ‘Day Of Caring’ Thursday
Victoria County United Way Campaign Kickoff And Day Of Caring is Thursday at the Victoria Public Library, 302 N. Main Street from 8 a.m. to noon. Volunteers will come together for a community service project focused on literacy and helping children develop the love of reading. This is otheir most ambitious project ever; their efforts will benefit over 2,500 second graders with a fun and colorful l
