MEET THE COUPLE BEHIND THE PIT

Stefani and her husband, Pit Master Micheal, are the dynamic duo behind this Texas BBQ sensation. Their journey began in 2020 after Stefani became pregnant with their quadruplets. Both had worked in the oil and gas industry—Micheal as a pipe foreman and Stefani as a safety coordinator—until circumstances led them to pivot to a new passion: BBQ.

J's Firehouse BBQ

After being laid off, Micheal began smoking whole meats like turkeys, ribs, and briskets for the holidays. The feedback was so phenomenal that the couple decided to go all-in, launching their first food truck. With years of competition BBQ experience and a lifelong love of smoking meats, J’s Firehouse BBQ quickly became a hit. VIP Tickets: VIP tickets grant you exclusive early entry into the festival at noon, unlimited BBQ samples from all participating joints, two drink coupons, a festival t-shirt, and access to a private VIP area with seating, a private bar, and front-of-stage access.
General Admission Tickets: General Admission tickets allow entry at 1:00 PM and include samples from every barbecue restaurant as well as access to the concert.
Concert Only Tickets:These tickets grant entry at 4:00 PM and provide access only to the concert. Food vendors will open at this time, and barbecue restaurants may offer food for purchase if they choose to do so.
