New Music From Lady Antebellum… Already
A while back I was writing about Taylor Swift and how prolific she was when it comes to songwriting. Apparently, Lady Antebellum has been busy themselves preparing their next CD. Like I said about Miss Swift, you have your entire life to write your first album... you have 6 months to write the second one. The good thing is, they have a little more time to work on the next CD.
Even though Lady Antebellum just won the Grammy award for Best Country Album with Own The Night, the group is already back in the studio working on their next album. CMT Daily Roundup says Hillary Scott tells Billboard.com that they “already have at least a dozen songs.” She does admit, with Own The Night the group felt they “kind of rushed it a little bit,” so with this next album they’re going to take their time. It looks like Lady A fans may have to wait a little while for new tunes, as the group said they will “wait until [they’re] ready” to release the new album. The group is currently on tour and will be performing at the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo on Thursday.
