Lady Antebellum Wants To Play At Your Prom

How cool would that be? Lady Antebellum is performing at your high school prom and you're the one who got them there!! On top of that, you and your date get to meet them!! It's going to be a dream come true for some lucky guy or girl.

In the spirit of their latest single, “Dancin’ Away With My Heart,” Lady Antebellum is holding a contest where the winner will receive a 45-minute concert by the trio at their junior, senior or reunion prom! Details of the contest are posted at Lady A’s official website. The band’s Charles Kelley said when they started writing their single, they reminisced about their own proms. CMT Daily Roundup quotes Kelley as saying, “Sharing stories of our high school sweethearts or prom or whatever it may be, and it was fun to kind of go back and see that and know where you’ve been and you know, that all kind of led you where you are, and so yeah—it was an interesting journey. You know I think it helps you appreciate what this life is all about, and it is—it’s about all those experiences good and bad that make you who you are.” In addition to the free performance by Lady A, the winning fan and their guest will get to meet the trio before the prom.
