Today we'd like to honor Felix Gonzales III as our next Hometown Hero. He was nominated by Shannon Herrera and here is what she had to say about Felix Gonzales III who serves in the U.S. Navy.

Here is what Shannon had to say about Felix...

'He is on his third deployment since he started his navy career in 2007. He is the only son to Felix and Christine Gonzales of Gonzales, Tx. He is supposed to be home already but due to the Pandemic his deployment was extended. His wife and two kids have been quarantining in Virginia without any family support. It has been a difficult time for everyone and I'd just like to recognize them for their sacrifice as a military family.'
