Keep Victoria Beautiful is celebrating Earth Day with a picnic fundraiser benefiting public art projects and beautification grants for local businesses, churches, schools, and nonprofits.

The picnic will be held on April 22 from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Kay’s Grove on the UHV Campus (between University Center and University North). Tickets are $75 per person.

The celebration will highlight art projects such as recycled centerpieces from VISD’s Stem Middle School and St. Joseph High School, upcycled clothes from Waste Weavers, and a Victoria Beautiful quilt made by the Hopkins Elementary School Student Council.
