Busted! Victoria Crime Stoppers Helps Catch the Bad Guys

Richard Meitzler, who was listed by Victoria Crime Stoppers during last October’s “Most Wanted” effort, was arrested on May 3, 2019 by officers with the Victoria Police Department and the US Marshal Task Force.
