Austin Reveals Plans for Parks to be Built Over I-35
Here is a cool concept that has emerged out of Austin, Texas! A final vision of what Interstate 35 could look like after parks are installed on top of the highway as been unveiled. According to kut.org, The Texas Department of Transportation would lower the main lanes of I-35 up to 40 feet beneath ground level from Holly Street to Airport Boulevard. The city wants to install almost 30 acres of deck parks over those sunken lanes.
The price tag for the city is estimated to top $800 million, not accounting for inflation. But with a construction timeline stretching as far as 2050, the real cost remains unknown. Read the full story by clicking the link.

Over the summer, a video from Texas went viral and shows a line of Tesla cars on a Texas Highway. Some are calling this an apocalyptic type video, however, it is not! It turns out, this was the largest gathering of Cybertrucks in the world. This happened in Central Texas over the weekend, right outside of Temple!
According to KWTX, The Tesla Owners Club of Austin hosted the event called the Cybertruck Rodeo at the Domo Dove Nest Motorsports Club of Central Texas in Gatesville on Sunday, bringing nearly 50 Tesla trucks to town. Owner Toan Leung tells the news outet...
Our goal at DOMO is to bring car enthusiasts and motorsports fans together to share our passion and celebrate our lives,” Leung said. “We are very happy to bring more fun activities to Gatesville and represent our community well.
