After starting kind of slow, the Astros got back on track with a victory in their home opener.  Collin McHugh bounced back with a great start in which he really set the tone in the first inning.  The Astros raced out of the gate with 14 hits and scored 8 runs, the first four in the lineup combined for 10 hits.  Colby Rasmus went yard and both Rasmus and Correra both had two RBI.  The Astros improve to 3-4 early this season.  The Astros look to gain some early season momentum with another win today against the world Champion Royals.  First pitch is scheduled for 7:10 at Minute Maid.
