I personally believe that all big jackpot tickets are sold at a non-descript place off the beat and part and here is another example.   The most recent Lottery jackpot win continued to further my case about where most big jackpot tickets are sold.  A $20 One Million Lotteria ticket was sold at Hakeem's Mini Mart in San Antonio. Take a look at the store that sold the winning ticket.  The winner wanted to remain anonymous.
