Aaron Watson's latest album Red Bandana was the third "surprise" national success in a row for The Honky Tonk Kid -- and a breath of fresh air for country music fans earlier this summer.

Some of you may know, my drummer Nate Coon has been doing these#GreenRoomSessions for a while and I finally got to sing on one! Hope y'all enjoy! Any suggestions for one you may want to hear?

This week Watson joined his drummer Nate Coon and Jason Lerma for an episode Coon's semi-regular, "The Green Room Sessions." The trio tag-team the '80s classic "Everybody Wants to Rule the World" from Tears for Fears. It's pretty rad. We're just trying to understand why they didn't give us the whole song. We'd really like to hear the whole song, guys.

"Time for another #GreenRoomSession! This time we've got Jason Lerma NAILING this Tears For Fears song," Nate wrote on his Facebook page. "Aaron Watson even joined in on vocals! As always, ZERO samples were used. This was filmed in 3 different green rooms in Texas and California. Thanks for watching!"
