I have long said that big jackpot scratch wins are mostly sold at inconspicuous-looking stores. Which I believe is still true! However, everyone once in a while, a jackpot-winning scratch ticket is sold at a well-known retailer.  Here is an example. Earlier this month a winning scratch ticket was sold at an H-E-B in San Antonio.

The winning ticket was the $50.00 Millionaire Club ticket as was the last jackpot ticket in that series of tickets.  There were 4 jackpot prize tickets at the start of the game with the overall odds of winning a prize of $75 being 1 in 3.51.

BACK TO MY THEORY:

A $20 One Million Lotteria ticket was sold at Hakeem's Mini Mart in San Antonio. Take a look at the store that sold the winning ticket. The winner wanted to remain anonymous. Take a look at the store that sold the winning tickets and take a look at some of the other big jackpot wins in the past year that continue to support my theory.
