Grab your bibs - tickets for the seventh annual Crawfish Festival are on sale. The event, which benefits the Ganado Volunteer Fire Department, begins at 2 p.m. Saturday at Devers Creek Park, 1200 W. Sutherland Ave. The festival features a crawfish boil, carnival and live auction and will close with a dance featuring Zydeco music by Big Red, as reported by the Victoria Advocate. A parade also will take place downtown at 10 a.m. Lineup is at 8:45 a.m., and judging is at 9 a.m. A complete list of rules is available at ganadofire.com. Deadline to enter is Monday.

Presale tickets to the festival are $25 and include admission to the carnival, dance and all the crawfish you can eat. Tickets can be purchased at First State Bank, Citizens State Bank, Texana Insurance in Ganado as well as the United Agriculture Cooperative in Edna. Each ticket is good for an adult and one child under 12 years old. Tickets at the door are $35.
